Well, you need a banner, and some grads, and a bg.. They will make your forum look loads better once made and added.. Or at least should anyway
How about resizing the forum width? The code can be found here (or at leasy i should imagine it can)..

Change that green cell highlight to maybe a 000000 or something similar (1f1f1f maybe)..
You're register button is broken
Also, change the color of the border for the forum, change it from black to maybe either the same color as your text (the white) or maybe even a 444444 or 777777
