I like to help people so I created a support forum...not just for proboards issues but for all computer issues. I know there is a slight mihap at the top as I need to re-size my banner. Here the linkAll rating and/or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks, Dodz Your forum is looking pretty nice so far. I like support boards. I don't know if the code is in the code database here but at proboards support forums code database there is a 101 info center version 2 code in there Ross made. It's the latest and better looking info center. If you interested in that. I noticed the resize forum width code in your footer 2 times. The code only needs to be in there 1 time., Make sure you find the duplicate code and remove it. The forum colors look great and easy on the eyes. One thing i like is the whole welcome table look. Just that the banner image needs to be wider to fill in whole welcome table. Get rid of the extra space there. Somone in graphic requests board could resize that for you. Center your category titles with this code in your main header The info center images are still default images. Get rid of those. Try to replace all the default proboard images with your own. Get creative but yet don't put a ton of codes on your forum. It's a support forum and people come for support rather then for looks. Ok, i confused myself but forget about that. Happens a lot. Change the scroll bar colors around to match your forum colors with this generator. theccworld.com/programs/scrollbar.aspxCode goes in global header. Good luck with your forum and be patient for more rates. If i think of something i'll reply again later on down the road. Your on the right track though.

Thanks for that rate. I had my banner re-sized and I'm going to add in those codes you gave me now.
Thanks, Dodz
I changed the schroll bar colour...what do you think? I also removed that code and my forum size went all funny...what can I do to get it back to normal? (it's OK now I sorted it)
Also do you know anywhere I can find a good set of ProBoards FAQs to repost on my Forum?

The FAQ you'll have to write yourself. Most the the stuff in t he FAQ in support board is out dated. It's from version 3 of proboards. The admin's still need to rewrite the FAQ for Version 4 right now.
The FAQ in the test board at support forum is helpful. I'm talking about the one ASE made. Then add your own touch's. PM ASE if you could copy what he put in there though.

Were you using IE to view my Forum?
Beacuse on PBS someone said that they were having trouble viewing what some of the codes have done on IE. They mentioned the javascript codes being a problem or something of the sort.

Ok, i'll post what i can find right at this time.
In your header find this section of coding and remove the red stuff only.

This next code is in your footer 2 times. (has same name added i mean) Remove 1 of them

That's all i could find. Post in our support board if you have more error's. We can work them out in there.

Here we go then ;D Color Theme: This color theme is quite good, its a nice grey one.. Its nice and easy on the eyes which is good.. The normal text color is good and easy to read, and matches well with everything else. The link color doesnt match well though cos it is red or whatever color that is. Maybe change the color to the same color as your category titles text, and then give the link a hover color, and maybe make that black.. The cell highlight you have chosen is good and is just right, its always good to only do the highlight a shade lighter/brighter or darker than the window bg colors.. The color of the window bg's are good and match the bg well, which is also a good thing.. Color Theme Rate: 17/20 Banner: The banner itself is quite good, but the effects on it dont match the style of the forum. Just a plain sort fo looking banner would have done the trick.. Too many effects on a banner spoil the look for the overall forum i think.. And this does a bit.. So maybe get a banner that is smooth looking and isnt full with effects. For an example, look at the banner that is on my Impolx Skin.. I will rate the banner how it is on its own though but give you a rate for how well it matches the forum. As i said already, the effects are good, and the color of the text is good and matches well. Is that a blur you have done on the text? If so it looks quite good. The font used in the text for the banner is also good.. Banner Rate: 13/20 Menu Buttons: Menu buttons are nice and match well. They are simple ones but effective in the way that theyd o match. The color of them is great and matches well with the color theme chosen. They are hard to read though because the PM bar gets in the way of them, maybe get a different pm bar code or something Menu Buttons Rate: 19/20 Grads: The grads i like alot. They are nice and simple, in the way that they dotn have loads of effects etc on them. Which is good, cos less is more in my opinion. And anyway, if you had of put loads of effects on the grads, they wouldnt have matched the smoothness of the forum skin.. The color of the gards match well with the overall design of the skin, and match well with the window bg colors, which is important.. A small suggestion though; get the code to give the News Fader bg a gradient, it always looks better.. Ask Snakeair for that code, he gave me it before... Grads Rate: 19/20 BG: Although these types of BG's are common these days, i do like this one because it matches the skin of yours well.. The colros of it are perfect. And the colors of a BG are more important than the actual effects, because the colors of a bg make up for a fair bit of the color theme on a skin.. The style of the bg is good though aswell and also matches well.. BG Rate: 20/20 Overall Rate: 89/100 = 8.9/10 Additional Comments: Those off icons dont match the style of the forum, and the color of them arent good either, the colro doesnt match.. Maybe just make some orbs or inset buttons, or even some raised inset buttons

Thanks for the rate and suggestions. The banner was made for me because I do not have the software to make one myself...I have the one thats in my sig but I'm not sure if it would look right what you think? Same go's for the on/off buttons I don't have the sofware once again. Anyone who could make me a plain banner or some on/off orbs would be greatly appriciated. And if Snake could post the news fader grad. codes or provide me with a link that would be brilliant. Thanks, Still open to all other rates and/or suggestions. ~Dodz P.S I would also appreciate it if someone could post or provide me with a link to a new PM bar code. Thanks again, Dodz
