I dont think we will be able to, cause theres always someone who wants fame through commiting crimes such as killing people, there will always be terrorists.....

i think there is a very very small possibility even if it is for a short span of time
because people will alsayss disagree on something and there isnt much we can do about that

I think there are just to many differences between different groups of people that can't be settled. Even if that is quelled then you still have all of the psychotic idiots that do stupid things in general to be concerned about.
