HTML Table above Main Table

I think a code is needed for this, im not totally sure though.
Here goes:
As you can see on that forum of mine, the Main Table (Banner , Menu Buttons etc) has been moved under the ads, what i would like to know is, is there anyway of making the HTML table (which is just beneath the Main Table) move above the Main Table?

If there is already a code to do this, can u point me in the right direction please?


Or, instead of that, is there anyway the HTML table can join to the bottom of the Main Table? (If i was to remove the header image)

Place the code to move the ads (which really moves the welcome table) after the table code.

Well, the Main Table code is in the global headers and footers, the HTML table is in the main header...

Click headers/footers, click preferences, select global header second under Header Display Order.
