I made this in PSP, and yes i used a tutorial for it...
I made the bg white because when i tried to make it transparent, it looked all messed up and wasnt how it was suppose to be..
If anyone wishes to make it have a transparent bg for me, then please do it
Also, someone suggested puttin 'computer specs' onto the blue screen bit, but i dont know what computer specs are. So if any one could explain or show me an example, that will be greatly appreciated..
