This forum doesnt do makeovers/skins/templates.....Due to the mods being busy.....

And making a skin would involve:
[/li][li]Making grads
[/li][li]A banner
[/li][li]New/Old icons
[/li][li]Menu buttons
[/li][li]Admin buttons (Sticky, unlock/lock etc)
[/li][li]And would involve doing the colors (Making them how you want them)
[/li][li]A BG
[/li][li]The UBBC tags
[/li][li]Smileys (Possibly)
[/li][li]Admin, Gmod, Mod, Members rank icons
[/li][li]AIM, YIM, New Message, Inbox icons/buttons

And Maybe some other stuff, so it would take a while anyway, no matter what forum you go to and ask for a template, it will take a week minimum.....

There isnt much point in doing the buttons if he wants a whole skin making, unless someone is willing to make a skin for him......
