1. Make a new picture (CTRL+N) i used the format 477x250 pixels. 2. Press 'D' to reset the colors 3. Click on 'Gradient Tool' and set 'Foreground to Background', and set Mode to Difference. (look at the image below) 4. Now just make alot of gradients in the image until the whole image is filled with gradients. 5. Click on Filter > Stylize > Find Edges. (look at the image below) 6. Click CTRL+U, click on 'Colorize', change Hue and Saturation and get the color you want. 7. Duplicate the layer, set 'Blend Mode' to 'Overlay' on the new layer. (look at the image below) Final Result: (Note: Hue and saturation are both set to 255)
