1) make new document 400x150px
2) select black as SECOND color and press ctrl+backspace
that should make whole backround black
3) go to filters>render>lens flare and but it to right side of you image
4)now go to filters>sketch>crome
select detail:10 smoothness:0
5) ok now set your layer blend mode to "lighten"
6) now copy your layer by pressing ctrl+J about 9-10 times
7)select 1st layer and go to Filter>disort>wave
8 ) select 2nd layer and press ctr+f TWO times! select your 3rd layer and press ctr+f THREE times and so on untill 9 or 10 layers
9) select all layers by clicking on all of them and holding same time ctrl button down
then right click on one of your selected layers and select "Group layers into new smart object"
10) now you should have just one layer, right click on it and select "rasterize layer"
11) press ctrl+b try to find colors fiting to lava colors, press OK and you are ready!
