Compatible for PSP 5, PSP 6 and PSP 7
Step 1) Open the the original image.
Step 2) Click on the Freehand tool.
Now we are going to select the area that we want to retain its original color. Draw around the selection by holding down the left mouse botton until you have a close selection.
Settings I used:
Selection Type = Freehand
(Optional: you can choose Point to Point)
Feather = 0
Anti-alias = NOT checked
Step 3) Once you have a closed selection, click on Selection>Invert
Step 4) Click on Colors>Colorize
Settings I used:
Hue = 255
Saturation = 90
Note: You can play around with Hue and Saturation value until you arrived with a proper background color
