Compatible for PSP 5, PSP 6 and PSP 7 Step 1) Make a 100 x 100, 16 million color document. I used a black background on this example. Set Foreground color to White. Step 2) Click on the Text tool and click your mouse on your work area the to bring up the text dialog box. Settings I used: Font Name = IceAgeD (you can use any font you wish) Style = Bold Size = 72 While the text is still selected, move your text to the center of your work area. Deselect the text by pressing [CTRL+D] Step 3) Click on Image>Blur>Gaussian Blur Settings I used: Radius = 12 Step 4) Swap the foreground and background colors by clicking on the small, bent, two-headed arrow icon to the lower-left of the foreground/background color swatches in the color palette. Your foreground color now has changed to Black, pick again the Text tool and click again your mouse on your work area the to bring up the text dialog box. Use same settings as Step 2. Save [CTRL+S] and Deselect image by pressing [CTRL+D] Step 5) NOTE: You can change the glow color by clicking on Colors>Colorize Settings I used: Hue = 100 Saturation = 200
