Well, its four-thirty-five in the morning and I just got home from watching Star Wars (12:01a, showing). I had to walk home, so that's why I'm so late. Anyways after school, I walked over to the movies with the accompany of my friend Casey. Once we got to the cinema, there were lines everywhere. There were lines for the 12:01, 12:10, 12:20. 12:30, 12:40, and 12:50 showing. The lines were huge, people dressed up. I dressed up as Darth Sidious. Outside the theatre, while waiting outside in the RAIN!! I've met some people that were dressed up as Jedi, Darth Maul, Vader, and Jango Fett. I was the only Sidious and the guy that was Jango was the only one too. There were about three or four Vaders. Also, this girl dresssed up as SLAVE LEIA FROM RETURN OF THE JEDI Well while waiting, I made some friends around, chatting up about Star Wars, and video games mostly. At the time of nine-thirty rolls around, the people allowed us to go sit in the auditorium. Once in the auditorium, some kids were have lightsabre battles in the space in front of the movie screen. I had the sabre that can change colours between red and blue. One of the guys that dressed up as Vader, I was conversing with him to put on a show. We re-enacted the famous duel of Luke and Vader; the part where Vader told Luke that he was his father specifically. This guy Randy, he dressed up as Darth Maul, and I took part in the re-enactment of the duel from Episode I. When 'Maul' killed 'Qui-Gon,' I screamed a "NNNNOOOOO!!!" (and that had gotten an applause from the audience, along when I was Luke also.), and then dueled with Maul frantically. I mean, it was just so much fun, lots of people had sabres, and we had an all out battle. (We were safe of course. 12:01 finally rolled around, and everyone were shaking in their seats of anticipation. Previews showed, along with that annoying Fandango bit. The blue text of "A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away..." came on, the whole audience clapped. cheered, whistled, name it. Once the movie was over, everybody hung around in front of the theatre, chatting about the movie, what parts they liked, etc. A news crew showed up, I got interviewed because I was all dressed up and stuff. Its not so much seeing the movie, but its the experience of watching the first showing at your local theatre with fellow Star Wars fans. Everyone was nice and courteous to each other, and it shall be a memory I will carry onto my grave. I got pictures, not from my camera though, but from other people. Matt, he was dressed as a jedi and someone I met, took pictures and I gave him my email and he is supposed to send me the pictures later. Oh, I also got a picture with the girl that was dressed as Slave Leia too.

Okay, to continue from where i left off (and i wont talk about the movie anymore.) My brother Jared, my Friend Kyle, and i all went around 7:45 to go stand in line. we thought it was going to be longer, but i guess not.
There was a group of guys there playing D&D though, they were there the day before, camping. But we got there kinda "late" and were pretty close to the front of the line, considering there are only 12 people in our town (figuratively speaking) So we just sat in line for the next 3 to 4 and a half hours watching white chicks on our portable DVD player, and played cars. (lots of flippen nerds there that all had comb overs and smelled like beer and nachos..)
So we got to go in about 2 hours early, and these dues snuck a big ass cake into the theatre, and started handing it out to people (literally, using their hands) it was flippen 31337. So we all had cake and watched some people reinact the scene from SWII: Count Duku vs Master Yoda. It was great. And then as the movei started, they had some technical difficulties, and we all started to get pissed and chanted and thought about revolting some.
But around 12:06 the movie started. and around 1:30 sitting in a room full of sweaty nerds, that smelled like beeer and nachos plus the new "ass smell" doesnt mix well with a cake with lots of frosting+skittles+large coke.
but all in all, it was good. not as good as Ep 1 when i was in cali and stood in line with paul. but it was still good.
