Before making a request please read all of this and follow it. It will make our jobs easier and allow us to finish requests quicker.


Rules and Important Information

  • Due to our Limited Graphics staff, please allow time for them to work (a few days), unless they are currently logged in and can make room for you. Graphics may require up to a week depending on request, after that don't count on getting your graphic, though you may bump the request.

  • Graphics will be created in the order they are requested, if the request is too extreme for the graphics staff it may be discarded.

  • If you would like specific colors, words, sizes, any other thing(s), or if you would like match certain theme of a website or forum be sure to post the URL.

  • Any request older than 30 days may be locked if it doesn't look like it will happen.

  • Skins will probably not be done. They require a large amount of work and time.

  • Be nice.



Request Parts

Image type: This is for you to say what type of image you would like. Banner or mini-banner/affiliate, sig, button(s) or something else?

Size: Put the size you want here. If you aren't sure see the part titled "Image Sizes."

Color 1: Specify the the first color for the request,
Color 2: the second color,
Color 3: and the third color.

Note: If you don't know what colors you want then we can check your forum to see what matches well with it.

Text: Text you want on the request (Not the font style or the font download link; the actual text for on the image.)

Font: This is for you to specify what font to use, and supply a URL to where it can be downloaded if it is a special font.

URL: Supply your forum URL so we can see what will match well for the request. Note: We always check your forum to get an idea of how the request should look.

Details: This is for you to tell us any other information we need to know that hasn't been answered.
The links for images you want on the request, etc...


Image Sizes

Banners/Logo's: They should be approximately 650 x 150 pixels (example; that would probably be the best size anyway). With banners the width should ALWAYS be wider than the height.

Signatures: These can range from about 200 x 60 to 550 x 150. A good size would be 234 x 60 pixels (example) or 468 x 60 pixels (example).

Avatars: These can be smaller than the maximum size of 100 x 100 pixels (example), but avatars usually are best at the maximum size of 100 x 100 pixels (example).

Backgrounds: Backgrounds should be roughly 800 x 800 pixels, depending on whether or not you have the repeat or fixed BG code on, if you have the fixed background code on, then 800 x 800 is the best size, but if you have the repeat background code on (or don't have a code on for your background) then the best size is 1000 x 1000 (NOTE: If you make it 1000 x 1000, then don't put too much detail on, otherwise it will be a large image (in size) and therefore it will take longer to load. You could also request a simple pattern that's a 100 x 100 pixel (example) image.

Buttons: These should be 9-11 pixels high, and length on the text determines the width.

Affiliate Banner/Mini-Banner: These should always be 88 x 31 pixels(example); no bigger, no smaller.

Gradients: These range also, it depends on the width of your forum, and if you just want a basic gradient (a double or triple color fade) or if you want one with some sort of image, effect, or something to the far right, or center, or far left side. If you want an effect or image on it, then we will need to find out what size your forum width is, but if you just want a normal basic grad (they may be basic, but a lot are really good) then they can be 10 x 35 pixels (example).
